Charlene does not give a fuck. Charlene has left her shift at the diner, thrown her uniform in the corner, where it radiates the smell of bacon grease and smoke. The smell will wake her up at about 4am. She grabs her two comforts, her cat and a cigarette, before even bothering to don a robe. She begins her post-shift routine of cheap beer in front of the TV, or on her back stoop if weather allows, before passing out early.
